What we do

Simply put, Azia ConXtions’ China Business Influentials is a database full of information about the key players – Chairmen, CEOs, Presidents and other important people - in China’s business arena.

Business leaders in China are not always easy to find. It took us more than 2 years and thousands of hours to research, collect data and build the technology to bring this information to our customers. Here’s how we do it:

Identify the most influential people in China’s business world. Everyday, our team of focused, hardworking individuals sifts through Chinese and English news sources, annual reports, press releases and corporate websites to find key people in China’s business world.

Track down their primary address, phone and fax numbers. We pinpoint which of the organizations they are associated with is their primary place of work and make that contact information available.

Assemble all their relevant biographical information in one place. Customers receive all pertinent information about education, experience, honors received and Party affiliation that we have managed to obtain.

Untangle their hidden connections to other Chinese companies and government organizations. Our database allows customers to trace a key individual’s connections from public companies to private ones to state-owned and controlled companies. Or customers can click through key individual's various companies to locate other influential people they might be connected with.

Insure that all information stays relevant and current. Management changes happen daily. People retire or move on to other organizations. Some are promoted. Others simply loose power and disappear. Each person in each company is reviewed at least once quarterly. If the person is not bumped off the list by a newcomer, we update all information about them and their companies.

Our Team

Azia ConXtions has a focused multicultural team of professionals. Some of us have lived and worked in China for a relatively short time. Some of us have lived our whole lives there. We have:

• A former Certified Public Accountant in private practice who became a corporate CFO
• A former stock broker come mergers and acquisitions specialist
• And native-born Chinese with experience in multinational companies

Each one is ready to roll their sleeves up and tackle any task required to provide quality information to our customers.

William S Boswell Jr., Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, has more than 40 years of business experience in America. For twenty-five years he was a CPA in private practice, followed by fifteen years as a corporate CFO/Controller. Bill spent 4 years in China and now divides his time between the US and Asia. Jerri L Moss, Chief Executive Officer and President, has over 25 years of experience in financial services as well as a master’s degree in economics. Just before moving to China over 4 years ago she spent eight years as mergers and acquisitions specialist and associate publisher for Corporate Board Member and Bank Director magazines.
Abby Jiang, Director of Database Information, is a bilingual Chinese national with a degree from Shengda College of Economics and Trade, Zhengzhou University. She has worked with and for multinational corporations based in China for more than three years. She has also worked as a translator and interpreter.
Rosemarie Zhao, Data Specialist, is also a graduate of Shengda College of Economics and Trade. Her job is to insure that information is updated and verified. Rosemarie is also a Chinese national.
